Jason Wenhold came out to do the air sampling. He was very nice and knowledgable. The test came back favorable so I was happy about that.

Jason was flexible in working with us to setup an urgent appointment. When he came out for the mold test, he let me know that due to Hurricane Irma, the labs in Florida were closed. However, he kept me in the loop and ensured that my samples were processed asap and my results emailed to me. Great price and excellent customer service!

First, Jason is professional and courteous. At our request, he tested the environment in our home for any mold. He took the time to explain the various types of mold, their impact on our health as well as environmentally safe solutions; solutions that won't require total reconstruction of your home and cost efficient solutions. After the test came back showing a couple of "problematic" areas (small amount), Jason too the time to come back to our home and explained to us what the results meant and provided some natural solutions that we could do ourselves... at no cost to us. He certainly could have done this in a phone call, but he came back personally to talk to us. I'm sure other companies would say they needed to come in and replace the flooring where the mold was, spray, etc. and collect a hefty fee. I appreciate his honesty and would highly recommend him.
