Called on Rick Ennis to install double locks on my front and back doors. He came out to install locks under short notice and work was completed in a timely matter - at a very reasonable price. He also specializes in "Access Card" and "Key Control Systems". I'm extremely pleased with his service and will definitely call on him again.

Key Hole Services were absolutly excellent. I had previously used Rick for a lock change. I needed another job done and I called one company and they were not responsive. I called Rick and he was extremly helpfu. He gave me guidence on the best lock system to purchase. When he came out to the job it was more complicated then just changing out the lock. He corrected the work that had previously been done incorrectly. He also address additon problems we had with anther lock. He was professional, patient and kind. I can not say enough about the service we received. Thank you again Rick, we really apprectiate you!

Fantastic, efficient, well-priced and kind. Went above and beyond — noticed the back door needed a boost and sprayed it with WD40. Just an all-around good experience and would hire again.

The locksmith had to rework the new deadbolt I bought to make it fit the door and rekeyed the existing lower knob lock to make one key work on both locks. It was a longer job but the work was exceptional and amazingly cheap!

Rick is a master locksmith who has serviced my home for re-keying and installing locks and knobs on the doors of my house, right after I bought it last year. This time he came out and installed a new cylinder on my garage door lock. He also secured the turn mechanism by replacing missing screws. Finally, he cut down a stubborn and dangerous metal anchor for a defunct clothesline in my backyard. His work is always excellent and his prices are fair. He has a mobile shop, so all work is done while you wait and onsite. Can't recommend Rick and the Keyhole enough. Five stars.

My work was done by Rick. He was very professional and knowledgeable. My old locks were the old antique locks that they used on door in the late 50's. It took a little creativity to replace with a new update lock. The job was done excellent. I was very happy. Rick was very nice and helpful when helping me to determine what kind of lock I can replace with. I would call him again when I ever need locks changed in my house. I called Key Hole Locksmiths to get an estimate on what it would cost to open our Sentry safe. It has a keypad and the batteries were dead and we could not open it. After speaking with them he asked me the model information and a few more details and said he would research it and see if he could save me a service call. He called me back the next day and told me a way to get to the battery and change it. He said, "see if that works and call me back if you still need help". My husband was able to change the batteries which had corroded and the safe opened up! It was very nice of them to give us this information and save us the service call! You don't see many contractors willing to go out of their way to help you anymore. I will certainly use this locksmith next time I need something fixed and I will tell all my friends if they need a Locksmith to give Key Hole a call. Thank you so much for helping us out! 5 stars!!!

Rick was excellent. I just moved into a new house and the front door was a mess. He put on new locks, deadbolts, and knobs so the door worked like new. He also re-keyed the house so we have it all on one key. Will definitely use Rick again!

Mr. Ennis was wonderful and I felt, with many years of experience, I made the right choice in having him do the work. He arrived very quickly to my house, had the initial work done very fast and then he ended up replacing the entire doorknob and was again, done very fast and efficiently. I really liked his personality, too.....he was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend him....you won't be disappointed.
