"From the time Bill met me and we walked through the process of myself getting a replacement wood fence or a chain link fence. He came back with 2 options and I went with the chain link fence. In less then a week I had the surveyors marking power lines with paint to make sure they did not disturb them and then the delivery was in my driveway. He told me they would start on a Thursday pending weather and they were here with a great crew guided by Ryan who walked me through the process of how everything was going to go and I cannot excess the professional experience that he has. He made a suggestion about a placement of a part of the fence and I was very pleased with his knowledge of the trade that he is working in. I myself work in a different trade then Ryan but he has the experience and knowledge to just let him do the job and stand back and watch his crew turn out a perfect job. No complaints. You will not be disappointed with this company. Very happy with my new fence."

"Freedom Fence & Deck did a fantastic job replacing our 35-year-old wood fence with a beautiful white vinyl fence. Jim (the salesman) was very easy to work with and accommodated all of our design choices. We found particular latches and handles that we wanted to use, and they agreed to install them for us. The contract process was quick and straightforward. After about six weeks, they were ready to install the fence. They sent out two crews at the same time, plus the owner Steve, who worked alongside them. With seven people working, they managed to finish the entire job in just one day! Our old wood fence was completely removed in about 15 minutes, and then they meticulously installed the new fence, setting all the posts into wet concrete and making sure all the sections were straight. At the end of the long day, when one of the locking gate latches wasn’t working right, Steve patiently worked on it until eventually we realized the part was defective, so he replaced it with a working one. A certain kind of handle had to be ordered, and as soon as it came in, he came back to install it. The fence materials are extremely high quality—the vinyl feels very thick and sturdy, unlike the kind sold at the home improvement stores. And the new fence has completely transformed the look of our property—we’ve already had several compliments from neighbors. "When we decided to finally upgrade our fence, we scoped out some of the fences in our neighborhood. One of the fences that stood out for its craftsmanship and beauty had a CLM Home Improvements sign on it. I contacted Carlos for a quote and he was responsive, professional, and polite. Carlos listened to our concerns, offered suggestions, and gave us a few options to choose from. We were concerned this process might take a while because we live on a corner and our fence required a permit. In fact, another fence company wouldn't even work with us because our project required a permit. Carlos kept us informed throughout the permit process, which was not as bad as we had anticipated.
