When their quote came in above the other bids I got, Jim worked with me to get to a price that we could both agree on - I was willing to not go with the lowest bid because I knew the quality of what I would get from Freedom would be higher. Construction was a bit delayed because of weather, but the team was great and the owner Steve came by to meet me the first day and returned the second to inspect the job. The fence looks great!"

"The team Fence & Deck sent to install a fence in my backyard—an area measuring about 1/6th of an acre—were quick, efficient, and friendly. The first team member showed up just before 7:30 to start dismantling the old fence. By 8 AM, the rest of the team was hard at work. It was a quieter process than I thought, to be honest—which was great, as my neighbors work from home. They were finished by 2 PM; had cleaned up, packed up the old fence and their equipment and were gone. There were issues with installing the new fence: trees had grown into the fence path, most of them belonging to the neighbors. The team presented me with possible solutions at each point, so I could get the fence I wanted—or as close as was possible given the obstacles. It was a very low-stress construction day, and we—and our neighbors—really like the results."

Except for the damaged pieces of drywall inside and around the old skylight when the new skylight was installed. $200 was deducted from the bill for fixing the drywall. I appreciate this very much. I also appreciated that your service immediately responded on the same day last Thursday after I found the rain water running between gutter and soffit on the part of back of the house. On the same day, the roofers came and adjusted the gutter level. Hope it is fixed. Will need to wait until it rains again and see if it is fixed. I would recommend this business."
