"SCAM ARTISTS!!! required 50% deposit for "materials". Showed up briefly with only a couple of supplies to get the deposit, and then left to "get a tool from another site", and never returned. constant lies about why return to house was delayed only after times had passed and I reached out. last lie was "someone in the office tested positive for covid"."

Good job, took less than an hour even with several crawl space entries. Looks nice, good quality parts, not bottom-barrel cheap stuff, which is what was replaced. Hasn't leaked yet, so I'm expecting a long service life."
