"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"The provider was on time and did a great job painting.  There were a few area where I felt he could have done a better job with the drywall repair and will need to have this area redone but overall the paint job looks great.  The job was for 8 hours of painting.  He arrived at 8:00 am and left promptly at 4:00 pm but to my knowledge he took a 30 min lunch break which then does not equate to 8 hours.  He cleaned up pretty well.

The worker contracted to do the work was somewhat rude to my wife (I was not able to be onsite) and made her uncomfortable. We discovered a chunk of wood that was gouged from the underside of the railing which was not brought to our attention and no attempt was made to repair it. We were, on the other hand, somewhat satisfied with the overall quality of the work but it came with a steep price and we feel we were overcharged."
