We had some shingle damage on our roof from a recent storm. Unlike some other companies we got estimates from, J and V didn't try to scare us into thinking our problem was bigger than it was. Jorge was easy to communicate with, responded to my request quickly, and came out to give me an estimate. The price was fair, and the work was completed on time. I will be contacting these guys again for my next improvement projects.

Hi hired J and V to repair a roof that was causing water to pour into an upstairs bedroom. The team tore the roof down to the main wood and replaced everything with layers of sealant and waterproof tarps and matched the shingles when done. He took numerous pictures to show me the progress of the work. Then he gave me a one year warranty on the entire repair for free. Also repaired damage to wall board and repainted the entire bedroom all for a very extremely reasonable price! Based on this, I also hired the team to come back and power wash outside of my house which they completed during the June 2024 heat wave in Maryland. They carefully completed the cleaning, which took 6 hours! I inspected everything and they left no damage to any siding anywhere and completely removed every inch of mold. And they cleaned my windows as a bonus. These guys are some of the best contractors Iâ ve ever worked with!

We had a leak that came through to our family room ceiling. The source appeared to be a framed zero-clearance fireplace chimney. Jorge came promptly to evaluate the problem. His cost estimate was reasonable. He and his crew arrived a couple of days later, removed roofing and siding in the vicinity of the chimney, and discovered extensive water damage, including a sizable hole through the roof sheathing. The scope of the job expanded significantly. I watched everything and agreed with everything Jorge recommended. He acquired additional materials and finished the job before the day was over. His crew also reflashed and reroofed around porch skylights that had been leaking and reflashed a leaky seam where the porch meets to house . Jorge was present and supervised his crew for almost the entire time, although I don't think they needed supervision. I'm not a roofer, but I am an engineer, and I think they did excellent work. His final bill was higher because of the added work, but I think it was reasonable. J and V is now on my personal list of reliable contractors.

Arrived on time, reviewed damage, offered several repair options - provided estimate options - pricing more than reasonable - 2 hours later repaired area could not be identified from rest of roof. One of the roofers identified that a few rain spout hangers were unhooked or broken. At no additional cost the hangers were replaced with a new style hanger and I tossed the old ones . Would definitely do business with this company again.

Jorge set up an appointment quickly. Jorge is very knowledgeable about the materials needed for the job. Jorge coordinated the delivery of the materials the day before the job. Jorge and his crew were punctual, very professional, laid protective coverings, and cleaned up all debris. They removed old satellite dishes. Jorge also coordinated the installation of a new gutter system (with filters) and replaced rotted wood under my bay window and surrounding the sliding doors. Reasonably priced, flexible. I am very satisfied with their workmanship.

I was looking on HomeAdvisor because a company I had already worked with was unresponsive (said they would send someone out, no one came, after a week I said what's up? they said I'll call you on Monday, but didn't). J and V responded right away, we set up an appt 2 days later. They came at the agreed upon time, their estimate was reasonable so I agreed, and the work was completed later that day. It was a small job, but the quality, price, schedule, and trustworthiness were all good. Forgetting that other contractor.
