Explained the warranty, and even gave a $50 discount on top of the 10% discount I was already given. Really appreciate their great and efficient work. "One unit was fine. The heat pump unit needs some new parts as it is 11 years old and sitsc in the roof under the southern sun and is just getting worn down. So Rob from Sila recommended the parts that need replacing. Very good company that I have used for that to perform these twice yearly checkups. Highly recommended."
