We recently worked with Flood Solutions after our basement flooded, and Megan—our inspector and project manager—was incredible. She was thorough, patient, and took the time to explain every step of the process, which meant a lot as an allergy sufferer worried about proper remediation. She honestly deserves her own show on mold education! When the team arrived, they were organized, detailed, and clearly cared about doing things the right way. Matthew and the crew also did a fantastic job finishing everything and making sure we felt informed and comfortable throughout. We can’t recommend Flood Solutions enough. If you need a trustworthy team during a stressful time, call them—and hopefully you get Megan, she’s a gem!

We secured three estimates to address the mold in one of our closets. Mike and Sebastian from Flood Solutions were the only team to inspect the rooms adjacent to the closet, as well as climb up into the attic to make sure they investigated the entire problem causing the mold - not just what was visible in the closet. We chose them because of their attention to detail and they did a great job - worked quickly, cleanly, and removed the mold completely. Highly recommend Flood Solutions - Mike and Sebastian did a great job!

Flood Solutions arrived the same day as our flood situation. Within days water was removed, areas dried, repairs made….new drywall, paint, new carpet laid, and wood flooring sanded and varnished

great customer service, shows up on time and they stand by their work. I was worried about a mold smell months after the work was done and they send someone out to look over the house no charge. turns out it was just my dehumidifier, but I would definitely hire them again!

Rob responded quickly, set up appointment for evaluation and estimate was given right away. The work crew showed up in a timely manner, explained what the process would be and without any hesitation went right to work. They completed job, cleaned up and took the moldy things that were stored in the room effected by the mold to be disposed of. I will recommend Rob and his company to my friends and family.
