Maximum Restoration

I highly recommend Andrew and his team. When Andrew called me, he made a point of looking at my issue THE SAME DAY. The service was very prompt. When Andrew arrived, he surveyed the situation. Unbeknownst to me, I was having a water leakage issue from a pipe. The active leak was the cause of my mold issue. While it was not part of his job, Andrew helped me dry up the water in my bathroom. Andrew provided me a quote and explained step-by-step what he would be doing. Because of his efforts, I hired him on the spot. Maximum Restoration was VERY PROMPT. I admit... due to the immediate responsiveness, I thought Maximum Restoration was a one-person team (Andrew). Wow... was I surprised (in a good way). "TWO" modern "Maximum Restoration" vans pulled up to my home. These were not white vans with "Maximum Restoration" stickers on them. These vans were painted from top to bottom, displaying "Maximum Restoration"... very professional. Four gentlemen showed up to my home. They took their shoes off at the door and they went to work! Andrew explained the entire process and left his team to do their job. They left fans, a dehumidifier, and negative airflow unit to pull any mold out of the air and trap it in a HEPA filter. They planned to come back two days later to gather the equipment and treat the wood so that future mold would not occur. The leak was supposed to be fixed by a plumber that same day, after Maximum Restoration cut out the mold in the ceiling, revealing the source of the leak. The leak wasn't fixed until the next day. I let Andrew know. Because the leak didn't get fixed until a day later, Andrew knew that the area would not be dry in time. WITHOUT ANY ADDITIONAL COSTS, he decided to let his equipment remain an extra days to ENSURE the area was dry before treating it. I've had water damage before. I wish I'd known about Andrew and Maximum Restoration years ago. They provide excellent service!

Andrew and his crew did a great job cleaning mold from my mother's items in storage. They were timely, thorough and neat. Andrew also took mold samples for analysis which had results in 3 days and took pictures of my mother's furniture for insurance purposes. I would recommend Andrew for any mold mitigation work that you need done.

Andrew and his team were very professional! Andrew responded to my Home Advisor inquiry very quickly and was able to come out to assess my project the same day. When he did arrive, he was very respectful of my home, by removing his shoes! After looking at the mold issue, he pointed out what the potential problem areas were and confirmed the type of trade I needed (general contractor (GC) vs. siding company) to come out and repair the outside of the house to ensure the mold would not return after his team removed it. I only needed a GC which in turn saved me thousands! Andrew's pricing was very, very reasonable. I had put off dealing with the mold because I thought it would be too much (I was actually thinking of selling the house), but it was getting worse. Had I known about Andrew and his team and their very fair pricing, I would have resolved the issue 2 years ago! As to the quality of work, I could go on and on. Andrew and his team took very good care of moving and covering my items. Andrew double checked the GC's work to confirm that the water issue was resolved and there would be no repeat mold issues in the future. His team sealed off the work area very well, allowing me continued access to the section of the space that had not been worked on. They cleaned and handled things they had to remove to do the job (i.e. window blinds and light/outlet covers). And, the moldy smell that was once in the space was all gone when they finished! I would totally recommend this company to others. I plan to add them to my list of "go-to" companies for services I may need in the future (every homeowner should have some "go-to" companies that you know will not cheat you, and Andrew's team is one you should have!)
