We had a couple of hiccups because the seller's agent did even know what's going on since some associates in Redfin were working on the case without keeping him informed. Anyway, it not worth taking these troubles to get the refund. When it comes to negotiation, it could easily be several thousands of dollars we are looking at, and that's when you need an excellent agent to help you save money. Luckily we have Ryan, who is very good at it. I would recommend Ryan to anyone who is looking for a real estate agent."
