Capitol Mold takes the high pressure sales tactics used by large remediation companies, and replaces it with honest interactions. We complete honest and in depth analysis of each job and walk you through every step, with evidence. Available from start to finish, from Assessment to Remediation, we make all of it happen seamlessly. Our services includes Remediation and Assessments (Assessments are not completed for AIQ Test Requests, only for potential remediation) (IAQ Testing is better suited for professionals who only perform testing) Testing Minimums included 2 Air-O-Cell Tests ($440 Minimum not including the Control Test) We do work with insurance companies using XACTIMATE. Our Company is fully licensed and insured for Mold Remediation and Assessments. All standards are followed under NORMI Protocol.

Services we offer
Capitol Mold offers the full suite of your mold related issues from start to finish. Suspected mold is welcomed with a full Mold Inspection and Report. We complete air tests at a rate of $240/Per Air-O-Cell Cassette (At least 2-3 Tests Required including Outdoor Control Test). Upon testing, we will provide a full remediation plan and help you through every step of the process. If you are using insurance, Please contact your agent prior to moving forward with us. Preventative maintenance is a huge reason for mold issues down the line. We provide a huge selection that we will tailor to your house to give you the best odds. We are available for emergency services.
Services we don't offer
Capitol Mold will not complete Indoor Air Quality Tests as a stand alone service. Due to the high requests for our services, We only accept (And Air Test) jobs pertaining to suspected mold or visible mold. IAQ Tests are best purchased from companies that only complete them for general curiosity of Air Quality.
