Eva Realty handled the purchase of an apartment for us. They performed professionally in all respects and we were very pleased. For many years they have managed four apartments that we own. We moved from DC to New York nine years ago and we relied on them completely to take care of our property and the needs of the tenants. We were able to completely be assured that Edouard Alcarria was always conscientiously taking care of our welfare and the welfare of the tenants. He and Eva are completely sinccere, dedicated, honest and reliable. I cannot recommend them enough.

Edouard Alcarria is the best apartment manager I have interacted with during years of renting in many cities. He cares that my apartment functions well as a home, including responding quickly to requests. Edouard arranges skilled (pleasant and tidy) professionals to address any issue. He communicates in a helpful way. I learned quickly that for any issue there will be a rational resolution. As a bonus, complementing his obvious expertise and commitment to his role as a property manager, Edouard is the nicest person. I can't recommend Edouard highly enough.

Hello, I was looking for a property management company to manage a rental property I have. After checking around and using Angie's List, I came across EVa Realty. The information I found on Angies' list, and EVA's web site, looked very promising. On Friday April 27, 2012, I sent an email to EVA Realty. I sent my email to both the listed owner and the property manager directly. In my email I listed several questions I had about their property management service and rates. The following week, around Tuesday May 1, 2012, I gave the EVA office a follow up call to make sure they received my email note okay. I spoke with Edouard (the list property manager). Edouard confirmed receiving my email. He stated that he planned to respond back, but, he was busy with end of the month matters (I suspect is was for rent collections and book keeping matters). However, Edouard indicated that he would respond back around the end of that week. Well, from May 1, 2012 to today (June 19, 2012), I did not receive a single note from anyone at EVA Realty. - No response to any of my questions - No note saying if they could provide the service in the area of where my property was located - Not even a thank you for offering them a chance for my business So, it looks like they're too busy to provide even basic communication service let alone property management service. Overall, I have to grade them with a D. I would have given them a higher grade if they had just responded in a reasonable time.

I've used her for a couple of years for a number of different experiences. She is very thorough and she knows the market very well. She cares and she doesn't get tired of you. She is understanding and is good about including what your needs are. Her knowledge of real estate is extensive. She's a broker and an agent. She cares about her customers so she cares that you get the right home for yourself.
