I highly recommend Powell Appraisal Services! Kevin Powell was prompt, professional and friendly, and he patiently answered my many questions. He was accommodating to my schedule and made it very convenient. He came to our meeting well prepared. I was provided a detailed appraisal report when promised and it was easy to understand. Comparable properties to mine were provided, which gave a great basis of comparison. The entire experience with this company was stress-free and I would use them again in a heartbeat!

I have worked with Kevin 3 times. Kevin is prompt, professional and thorough. First and foremost he was easy to work with on scheduling. He arrived on time as promised. He took time going through the property taking photos and measurements. He double checked his work on site. This is an important step in preventing an incomplete appraisal and/or a secondary site visit. His appraisal report was complete and correct. I would highly recommend Kevin Powell for appraisal services.
