I was dissatisfied with Mr.Jeffre Callaham service. On June 10, 2019 he arrived at my resident to pick my unit for service. I asked for a business card, he did not have any. He took the unit without giving me a receipt. He returned a few days later with a unit. I did not get a receipt after payment. I assumed the unit he brought back was the one I gave him. A few days later I noticed it was not the unit I gave him. I did not have any documentation to prove it was not the same unit so I accepted it as a lost. Everybody is not honest.

Awesome as always. He is my "go to" computer tech.
