"Owner/operator is very professional. Replied to my first attempt to contact him within a matter of hours. Had safeguards to protect walls/corners from his cleaning machine hoses leading back to his truck outside. Took adequate time to pretreat stains and did not rush any work. Wore shoe covers. Established cost of service based on the square footage he cleaned, rather than by simple number of rooms involved, which I appreciated. Left bottle of spot treatment solution with us. Will use again.

"This company really impressed me when they offered to come over immediately after I contacted them. After giving me the “Angi’s quote, they were ready to do the job as soon as I agreed. They were very competent, did a very thorough job, and cleaned up after themselves. I requested and received videos of the process and the office and the workers were very kind and professional. "The DUCTZ team did an amazing job. They provided a VERY thorough cleaning of all of my ductwork and HVAC units, even down to the wires in the unit. They were ;professional, clean, and courteous in my home. I was worried that there would be dust or debris left after the cleaning, but they left no trace. I would 100% recommend DUCTZ to anyone in need of duct cleaning (and even those who didn't realize you need duct cleaning - it's much dirtier than you think back there). You'll be amazed at the results."
