"Owner/operator is very professional.  Replied to my first attempt to contact him within a matter of hours.  Had safeguards to protect walls/corners from his cleaning machine hoses leading back to his truck outside.  Took adequate time to pretreat stains and did not rush any work.  Wore shoe covers.  Established cost of service based on the square footage he cleaned, rather than by simple number of rooms involved, which I appreciated.  Left bottle of spot treatment solution with us.  Will use again.

"Showed up on time and did a great job cleaning the dryer vent both inside the unit and outside. I had a new vent cover for the dryer put on the outside and a new cover for our bathroom vent.
