On time and the rugs look like they did when we brought them. They didn’t try to rob our pockets either. Will use them again

My only dissatisfaction was at the end I asked is there was any guarantee & if I could have a receipt. He said he would email everything to me. Approximately 2 weeks later I still have nothing.

This is a family-owned business and they deliver exceptional service. I needed carpets cleaned before the movers delivered my furniture. Even though it was very short notice George, the owner, made room for me the next day after I called him. George's son, Pete, did the cleaning and he did a fine job. Great people to deal with and they take customer satisfaction seriously. Highly recommended and the price was very reasonable.

Everything went great. George, the owner, gave me an estimate over the phone based on my rough estimates of the square footage. He called a half an hour in advance to let me know he'd be an hour early. When he got here he measured everything and the total area was larger than I had estimated so that increased the price but not significantly. He and his son did the work very quickly. George explained everything as they went along. They found a couple of issues that I had already known about, so that was no problem. After they left, he quickly responded to my text when I had a follow-up question. I would definitely use them again!

Went great. George always calls the day before to confirm and calls the day of when he is on his way. Takes his time and always does a great job. I have used his carpet cleaning services several times.

Even though I clean and vacuum regularly, I was amazed at how much black cat hair was pulled from the carpet. They did a wonderful job.

George showed up promptly and did a FANTASTIC job cleaning my carpets. He was very honest about what he could and couldn't do and the work went a lot faster than I thought it would. The carpets look great now and he even left me some booties to walk on the damp carpet and a bottle of spot remover which works so much better than anything you can buy in the grocery store. I've had to use it a couple times since the cat can't seem to stop targeting the clean carpet for his barfing. I would hire Royal Carpet Cleaners again and actually I intend to have them come back and do the basement carpeting. Thank you George!

The price was good. The quality was excellent. It was great. It took them about 4 hours. I didn't have to worry about anything. It was more than I expected. He was great.

First off, Mr. George contacted me (both email and telephone) within 24 hours to discuss my needs. After he requested some basic information (room size, steps, etc.), he send me an preliminary estimate of the costs. Once I contacted him about the need for a quick turn-a-round, he said he could clean our carpet the following week. Once the time and date were established, he was in constant communication with us with reminders and even called to say he was running about 15 minutes late but was on his way. After discussing our exact needs, he and his wife went to work. They both were extremely accommodating, engaging, and very respectful of our home. The results were fantastic. While I never mentioned it, one concern I had from dealing with other carpet cleaners was the opportunity for "streaks" to appear due to the age and condition of my carpet after the cleaners left. The technique that Royal Cleaners used far exceeded my expectations. He made our old carpet look new!! Will definitely use again.

George and his son did a great job. If you want work from a solid family owned business this is your guy. They took their time and provided just what was needed. They didn't try to sell anything unnecessary.

The company did a fantastic job. My 11-year old carpets looked brand new.

George and his son did a great job on entire house, including stairs.  He also gave me pro tips on how to treat stains as they occur.  I would absolutely recommend these guys.
