Yes, job was done well.

Several sections of our patio and a stone wall were removed when our septic system needed repairs. Edward’s Lawn did a fantastic job piecing our patio back together. They seamlessly reintegrated the removed stones with the rest of the patio that was still in place. We also had a tight timeline for the project and Edward’s went above and beyond to finish ahead of schedule. Thank you James, John, and John for all of your hard work!

This was a nightmare. I contacted EL&L for a two-house landscaping/drainage project in Laurel, MD. They gave us their solution plan, implemented it, and re-seeded our backyards when they finished. Less than a month after the project ended, the problems began. We contacted the company primarily for flood mitigation. But as soon as it rained for ten minutes, we realized that the company's solution (burying a water tank) did not work at all. The tank overflowed immediately. Instead of a constantly wet lawn, they turned a huge part of our yard into a standing pond. The pond also risks backing up into our sump pump line (which they connected) and flooding our house. EL&L initially said my neighbor changed his work plan and created the problem in my yard. One conversation with that neighbor revealed that was just a fabrication. I spent almost 2 months calling and emailing, trying to get them to come back out to try to fix the problem. Eventually, they emailed saying that their contract specifies that they do not guarantee any of their suggested solutions will actually work. Do not use this company if you want to trust the quality of drainage solutions.

Flowers that they planted died within weeks and they would not replace it. Offered to replace but would charge me for it. They said that they do not warranty their work. They scare more about making money and not keeping life long customers.

I love my new rock bed. I had Edward's clean my flower bed and put down rocks and pavers. They did a great job. The worker arrived promptly and finished the job in less time than originally quote. The person that came out to give me a quote also arrived promptly. To me that very important. My time is just as important as theirs so I appreciate the promptness during the initial meeting/quote. I would hire again!!!

Terrible job, left all the grass clippings outside... tons of patches of grass were missed, didn't edge my yard, left my gate open.

After dealing with a non-responsive lawn maintenance company that actually damaged my lawn and property, I found Edward's Lawn and Landscaping. This is my first year with them, and thus far they have exceeded expectations. They took a weed-invested mess of a yard and quickly transformed it into a beautiful lawn. They are completely reliable and their communication with customers is absolutely first-rate, which seems to be very rare in the lawn maintenance business. I'm always told if any service is delayed by weather and asked if I want any extra services without pressure to buy them. An excellent company all around.

I've been using Edward's for several seasons for mowing and weed control at a residential property. I had to quit the mowing service because they were doing a terrible job. All they did was bring in a couple guys with line trimmers to cut the grass and it really made a mess, the lawn was uneven and often times too short! They also just made a horrible mess of the entire yard with what must have been a bad weed control mixture. I asked that they come by and make an assessment and was told that would happen but I never heard back. Attached are pictures. I don't believe the grass will never recover from this major screw-up. DON'T USE EDWARD'S TO CARE FOR YOUR LAWN.

The guys were very professional- did a great job. They leveled out my back yard and laid sod. I signed up for the periodic visits to fertilize, aerate, and over seed. I think it takes a couple of years for the grass to thicken up, but I think they did a really good job- especially considering the shade in my backyard.

The project went well. Kyle listened to our ideas, and James, the foreman, was very responsive. The communication was very good. They completed the project on time, too.

The process of working with Edward's Lawn & Home is easy with email and telephone communcations. The estimate, contract and payment are managed with email features. The staff are owner, Kyle, are responsive, friendly and knowledgeable. One small area next to the driveway was missed or not as thoroughly done as the rest of the property. Once notified, Edward's was very ameniable to correcting the issue. A little bit of follow up was required to get it completed, but there were apologies and a quick response.

The project did not go well because flagstone patio sloped back and had crowns that cause rainwater to drain towards the house. The house foundation remains wet and damp weeks after the rain. The patio structure was not holding shape and one of the edges was collapsing. The three trellis were not well painted. There were areas with little or no paint. I request for things to be fixed and the company crew responded, but did a poor job. After several attempts, they could not fix it right and said we can't help you anymore. We took matters into our own hands and fixed what they could not do. We purchased materials, corrected structure, repainted trellises, and worked on fixing the drainage. We are not professionals in this field but we knew what needed to be done. Our main concern was the potential damage to our new home foundation caused by poor execution of the flagstone patio. We have to fix this. They charged us $7359.00 and we paid it. We did not get our money's worth.

Excellent! Edward’s crews come through weekly to mow the lawn and in the fall and spring to clean up the yard and beds and do plantings as requested. They are completely responsive to phone calls and emails and go out of their way to accommodate the homeowner. While they’re not what I’d call cheap, the satisfaction I get from their dependable service is worth it! I highly recommend!
