This contributed and was the cause of having to run the clothes through 2 cycles to get dried. They cleaned out the vent and replaced the cover with an anti bird cover to prevent this from occurring in the future. Great persons who performed the job. Highly recommended. Would hired again."

"I've used Senate Pest Control for Termite Monitoring and Treatment since the 90's. They have always been highly professional and responsive to our household needs. They call ahead and let you know the day they are coming. Yesterday we had our quarterly termite inspection which involves checking monitors placed around the outside of the house. The technician Corey Green was great! I spoke with him regarding the fact that he likely would have trouble finding the stations as they were the cheap surface mounted plastic type held on by a wooden dowel placed in the ground. When mowing, this type of monitor typically gets sucked up and chewed up by the lawnmower/weed whip. I showed him the remnants of the few original flush monitors that were installed back in the 90's and commented that they were the better type as they are flush with the ground. Without asking, Corey went to his truck and pulled out a box of in ground monitors and installed several around the house to replace the missing above ground monitors. Talk about Customer Service!
