They took the time to really investigate the best way to install the mount to minimize any visible cords or equipment. They kept me updated on what they were doing and what they were thinking in terms of a plan and approach and made sure that they got my feedback, comments, and approval before putting anything in place. My mounting location was particuarly tricky given the layout and the wall contents, but they figured out the best way to install and mount everything.
