I've hired Adam twice now, once to move my treadmill from one room to another, the second to resolve an error on the treadmill. The first time was pretty routine, but obviously I was satisfied enough to call him again when I had problems. He truly went above and beyond. He not only resolved the problem, which took trying several different things, he showed me the proper way to maintain the treadmill myself. He's even contacting the manufacturer to let them know about the issue. I"m sure this took longer than he expected, but he was cheerful throughout and explained everything he was doing. I'm very impressed with his professionalism, pleasantness, and most importantly, results.

They were excellent. They moved the equipment from my garage to the basement, assembled everything and hauled away the crates and garbage. I would highly recommend them

I saved myself a nervous breakdown by hiring Fitness Better Assemblers! The technician, Adam Jordan, arrived well within the promised time and got right to work. A job that would have taken me three days to do, took him about one hour because he had all the necessary tools and the experience of having done it before. He arrived in a shirt that had the company name and logo, introduced himself and made me feel perfectly comfortable. Not only did he do a great job, he even hauled away the enormous box in which the bike had arrived. The price of $160 was extremely fair, and I give Fitness Better Assemblers my highest recommendation. When you are faced with assembling a piece of fitness equipment with a million parts, give them a call. You’ll be glad you did.

My technician was Adam. My repair involved multiple parts needing to be replaced and Adam was very responsive in setting up the appointments. He was determined to get my treadmill working correctly again and I felt like he was personally invested in the outcome. He was always very professional in his interactions and was never late. As well, he contacted the manufacturer on my behalf and was able to convince them to send the additional parts needed at no cost. I recommend Fitness Better, and Adam, very highly. In fact I already have, and my friend is equally pleased with their work.

The service I received was exceptional - from beginning to end! Adam is a skilled technician. He is extremely professional, respectful and customer service focused too! I am so happy I found Adam and his company. He is now my go to guy for gym maintenance and repair. I also love the fact that this company recycles hauled away materials and donates unwanted gym equipment that is still in good shape to charitable organizations for continued use. These are values I follow myself and respect.

The experience could not be any better. It is a joy and pleasure to have someone care as much as I do about the machine's performance and operation. I have used it every day since my purchase in 2014, and it now performs as well as the first day out of the box. Fitness Better is superior to any service sent out by the manufacturer during the warranty and to the firms that serviced it after the warranty period.

Excellent service. Initial response to my question came within hours and an appointment was set for a few days later. They came on time (I had to leave work so I really appreciated their promptness), worked quickly and efficiently and left the area cleaner than when they arrived. Unfortunately, the treadmill had problems right away. I contacted them and they responded immediately and recommend that I contact the distributor instead. I did and they were correct -- the distributor had to come and replace a part that was defective from the start. I would definitely hire them again.

Adam came on time diagnosed our problem and identified a part that we needed to order. He gave us the information needed to order the part, and when it came he returned promptly to complete the repairs. Adam was extremely professional and cleaned up carefully after the repair. Overall we were quite happy with the service and would use it again.

This was a totally excellent experience. Adam was the ultimate professional in all regards. His service was excellent and done at a fair price. I would definitely use his service again and will surely recommend him to anyone else I know that needs the same type of service. He is a A+ provider in my opinion.

The company was very fast to respond to my message. Gave me a quote and set up was very easy. The gentlemen that cayme were very professional. Called me to confirm the time. Really overall a great experience.

Adam arrived on the day and time promised. Diagnosed the problem and when he left all seemed OK. A week or so later the machine stated to make the same noises. Adam can back, checked out, and recommended some parts. I ordered the parts and set up a time for him to come back and install. In the interim the machine started to make another loud noise. Adam again diagnosed the new issue and later sent a parts list. After reviewing this and the previous cost I decided that it was not worth the repair.

Working with Adam J, the owner of FitnessBetter Assemblers was a pleasure and I couldn't have been happier with the efficiency and quality of their work in both removing my old treadmill and assembling/installing our new treadmill. The two-man team (which included Adam) were friendly, helpful and cleaned up/removed all packaging. This is a very professional company and I would highly recommend them as an alternative to store-recommended assemblers of workout equipment.

Adam, the owner and a second generation fitness machine expert, came to my house and fixed everything. He was professional, prompt and incredibly knowledgeable. He called before coming to confirm the appointment. He arrived on time and he showed me the issues with the machine once the machine was taken apart. He was able to fix everything when he was here. I also found out that he is willing to check out used equipment to see if it is worth purchasing (I am a fan of buying used). Adam from FitnessBetter came out within 3 HOURS of calling... on a SUNDAY! He worked at it, and kept trying everything in the book until we were able to find a solution. And... even after the job was a lot more involved and took a lot longer than first expected, he did not charge any more than the initial quote. On top of that, he was extremely courteous and good-natured. Why can't all repair companies provide service like this?!

He tested the treadmill to ensure that the machine was operating properly. He is very professional, personable, and punctual. We would definitely hire him again.

He explained, in advance, exactly what he would be doing from A-Z and then followed through. He got the machine running like new in no time. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable...and the price was almost half that of competitors.
