"My family recently purchased a home that is 10 years old and during the inspection, an issue came up with the safety mechanism that keeps the garage door from closing down on an obstruction (like your car, kid, or pet). I called ABC Garage and the customer service was very thorough in explaining that older models to not have that feature, so she walked me through the various models and pricing in case we wanted to replace the unit. We have young kids, so I knew we'd probably want to go with the upgrade. The day of the service call, the technician arrived promptly and verified that the current system was old enough that it didn't have this safety feature. We discussed the options again (he had all three models in his van) and he installed it promptly. When that was completed, he also showed how the garage door itself could use to be adjusted so it made less noise when opened. I was happy to pay the additional fee to get that resolved. All told, it was a very positive experience - professional, thorough, friendly, and timely. There is a 5-year warranty on the unit and 1-year labor warranty, but I expect this product to last much longer in the future."

The two men came right on time at 8:15 this morning. They proceeded to carefully move everything out of the garage onto the driveway. They cleaned all of the shelves, storage containers, and other surfaces very nicely. Once cleared, they pressure washed the garage floor. When dry enough they methodically returned the majority of the items in a much more organized way than they were before. We paid extra for them to haul away certain items than we decided we no longer wanted/needed and that were just taking up space. Our garage now looks great!
