Carl did a great job on our detached 3 car garage! I couldnâ t be happier with the workman ship and the quality of the garage. One small issue is a missing piece of trim above the garage doors that was promised but never delivered. Overall though Carl did a great job and I would recommend him for anyone looking to have a garage built

Highly recommend! Mr. Lattimer communicated throughout the process and made sure everything went smoothly. He ensured the work was done right, the permitting and inspections were timely, and worked with subs that were also professional. He paid close attention to detail and I trusted that if he said he would get something done, he would do it. I have already recommended Lattimer Builders, LLC twice to neighbors before even writing this review. He and his team were a pleasure to work with and there is a reason why he has a five-star rating. Very happy - and thank you again for all the hard work, Mr. Lattimer!

We had them add a balcony to a main floor guest suite. Carl gave me design suggestions that made sense and reduced my cost - which is also his price. This allowed us to upgrade the railing and add solar post lights, giving a much nicer look. Deck looks terrific, was done promptly.

Instead of the usual wood railings, we wanted cable. He found and installed excellent railings. All the workers were friendly and competent. Work was done quickly and well. We're very, very happy with the result.
