During our initial conversation, Shawn informed me that no up front money was necessary & he would send a bill after the work was completed to my satisfaction. Shawn arrived late morning to give estimate... since I am on the outer fringe of his service area & he was here & had the time, he offered to do the cleaning at that time. I was good with estimate & his explanation as to how he went about executing the power wash. Shawn proceeded to clean house, pavers, outside gutters & soffits. I’m a very satisfied customer."
