"Debbie showed up on time and seemed knowledgable about insulation. However she had a hard time answering my questions because she was overly fixated on price. That's not necessarily a bad thing but it got in the way of me really understanding the answers. When the quote came in it was very resonable but when i emailed with a follow-up question concerning warranties, the lack of record on Angies List (despite being in biz for 100+ yrs) and a sub-contractor she was going to use for an exhaust ventilation, she wouldn't put some of the answers in writing until after I committed to using her company.
