After numerous calls and messages, Jack finally responded and scheduled an appointment to inspect the stress cracks forming in our concrete. Unfortunately, he failed to show up for the scheduled visit, and did not call to cancel or reschedule. We have now spent over a month trying to get this issue addressed, consistently leaving messages?at least once a week?without any meaningful response. When Jack finally agreed to a second appointment, he once again did not show up, offering no communication or explanation. This is not only unprofessional, it also shows a complete disregard for our time?we had to rearrange work schedules twice to ensure we were available. What makes this even more concerning is the nature of the issue. These are stress cracks in the concrete that appear to be worsening. We are trying to get ahead of the problem before it becomes more serious and potentially more costly."
