The office admin staff was very good at keeping me informed and communicating with me throughout the entire process. As for the workers themselves they were very polite and took great pains to make sure that they did the job to the best of their ability. I had never cleaned the grout between my tile floors for 20 years, so they did not have an easy job. But when they were finished, I could not be more pleased. I'd never used a car detailer before, but I wanted to try the coupon for the 1/2 price service at On the Spot. My car was filthy, the floor mats had essentially never been cleaned before in over 6 years, other than quick vacuuming and washing.  On the Spot did a great job, I was very pleased.  The wax and wash of the outside was absolutely wonderful.  The interior was clean for the first time since we drove it off the dealer's lot.  The did the best they could with the floor mats, they looked a heck of a lot better than they had for years.  The only issue I had was that the detergent smell was pretty strong in the car for several days afterwards.  But it was worth it.

"Have a house with light colored carpet and 2 small pups which makes keeping the floors looking fresh a challenge. The rental machines just weren't getting the job done to satisfaction. OMA did a great job with the cleaning, explaining things along the way. The carpets look great and, in the past 3 months since the cleaning, haven't seen any stains reappear or odd smells that our dogs haven't created anew :) Great value and great service, will use again."

Good group of guys showed up to perform the work.  However, the work performed was just fair.  I ended up with paint drippings on approx. 70% of my roman shades throughout the house and more on the floor in a number of places.  I was supposed to get 2 coats throughout the home.  To me, two coats means two coats.... one coat applied, let dry, second coat applied.  To them, it means using a roller wither a deeper pile.  So, get up close to my walls and you can see the color beneath where the coverage wasn't enough.  Luckily my new color was really similar to my old, so it's not a glaring issue.

My mudroom was painted an incorrect color.  It appears that they had run out of the color needed and just moved forward with what they had instead of driving 1 mile to Sherwin Williams and picking up a gallon.  Again, the color wasn't a drastic change from the other, so maybe they thought it would go unnoticed??

I'm a business owner myself and understand the importance of speed of work to maximize your profit, but NEVER at the expense of quality and professionalism.  Slow down, take a bit less profit, do incredible work and watch your business explode!
