"Turned on the AC this morning to find out was blowing hot air, called up a few different companies who wanted minimum 100 bucks to come out blah blah blah, called up Markool and got connected with a technician. The technician helped me troubleshoot the issue, and have me a quick fix that will last until they make it out tomorrow to do the permanent fix. I'll be using them for all my AC needs in the future!"

"Gabe was AMAZING! I had a sink clog that I could not get rid of. My old house needed the ancient pipes replaced and he did it! He was very professional and understanding, and even answered all of my dumb questions. Definitely recommend him and when I need plumbing work done again, I am coming here first!"

"Excellent service by MarKool. First it is a small company so when you call them you talk directly to the person doing the work. Second they are highly responsive. Third at the home they are very personable and answer all questions in detail. Fourth In fixing my problem they showed they are highly skilled and experienced in HVAC in this case as it pertains to gas furnace operation."

Gas Logs questions, answered by experts

Yes, professional services include proper fuel line connection and ventilation to meet safety codes.

Appliances typically connected to a gas line include gas stoves, water heaters, furnaces, and gas fireplaces. Essentially, any appliance in your home that uses gas needs to be connected to a gas line, which connects your home with the main gas line owned and operated by your gas company.

Examples include gas stoves, ovens, and water heaters. Confirm with your provider for specific items.

On average, a gas grill can last from five to 15 years. The exact lifespan depends on several factors, including the brand and quality of the grill, frequency of use, and whether the gas line is buried or above ground. With proper maintenance and care, such as regular deep cleanings to remove food, grease, and carbon deposits, a grill's life can be extended. Protecting the grill from the elements with a cover can also prevent rust and reduce the need for repairs. Most grill manufacturers also offer extended warranties, which vary in coverage and terms.

A few potential problems can cause your gas grill to stop working:

  • Burners aren’t properly aligned.

  • Food debris is clogging the burners.

  • Hose connections may be blocked.

  • Burners may not be getting enough gas.

  • Gas valve is not working properly.

If you’re experiencing any of those problems with your gas grill, hire a local grill repair professional to inspect your grill for issues and implement a plan to resolve them.
