Two people came to clean and they did not stay for 3 hours... they were probably here for 2 hours total, so I feel like more time could have been spent to avoid missing some of the details. Examples of what was missed: - lamps were not dusted - wine bottles and wine shelves in a piece of furniture were missed (i did ask her to do them and she did) - a tile shelf in the bathroom was not cleaned and still had grime on it - missed dusting nightstands and dusting under the bed. They are VERY responsive! I sincerely appreciated the ability to communicate through email and she emailed back right away."

"About average.  This was a part of a Handyman "Big Deal" and was clearly a marketing tools to drum up new business for Creative Hands. I did not have major projects to add on. I felt forgotten.  To date, Creative Hands still owes me a few hours of work but its been so long, I've forgotten the details.  The workers even forgot a power tool which I tried to coordinate the return but they weren't interested.  They were just too busy for me.  I will say the work that was done was done well.   I would not use this company for small jobs....they are clearly organized for major renovations.
