As for the workers themselves they were very polite and took great pains to make sure that they did the job to the best of their ability. I had never cleaned the grout between my tile floors for 20 years, so they did not have an easy job. But when they were finished, I could not be more pleased. "I received three quotes and onsite visits to the house. FloorGem was just as professional as the other two contractors, but most cost effective. The work performed was top notch. My floors had about ten years of wear and were definitely in need of refinishing. Floors look like they are brand new. 100% satisfied. The only negative was that the crew was an hour late on the 2nd day and I had to have someone waiting at the house to let them in, otherwise I would have given 5 stars across the board.
