"Excellent. I had an appointment scheduled on a Saturday after only calling one day prior. The technician was truly friendly and knowledgeable (I learned quite a bit about chimneys and dryer vents and some of the issues that can arise) and talked with me quite a bit as he worked. Our dryer vent was quite restricted and he recommended - but did not push - a thermal wrap to minimize condensation inside the pipe. After the chimney sweep, the tech. gave me some recommendations for issues to keep an eye on and took pictures of the exterior of the chimney. I have to admit I am truly impressed and we will be calling Sixpenny for all of our future chimney and dryer needs."

Luckily the damage hadn't gotten too bad, and Richard was able to repair the broken brick, lay a new cement crown, scrape and remove algae build up, placed a new rain/animal guard, and sprayed the chimney with water repellant. All the debris was removed from our yard and driveway when they completed the work. Richard is extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with!
