"Alex did an amazing job. He provided great communication throughout the entire process, as he had to order a few parts for the chimney. He was very prompt both times he came to the house. "They were great. They had a cancellation and came the next day to close our damper and cleaned the chimney at the same time and only charged us for the cleaning. Then they fit us in a week later to seal a crack at the chimney top. They gave us before and after pics of everything.
