"Excellent. The estimator, Shane, quickly responded to request for a quote and was the most thorough and knowledgeable of all the estimates I received. He was very open about different options, benefits and costs. He thought job would take 1.5-2 days but texted me a few days before install and said that they could possibly do job in 1 day if started early. I said that was fine but asked them to not come into house before 8. Installers showed up before 7am, started working outside and did not ring the door bell until 8:02 that morning. Not only did I get the two AC and one furnace, but they also installed Nest thermostats and helped me program them. All in all, excellent experience from beginning to end."

The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation.
