Showed him the unit and then went inside for a short while and then asked him if he carried parts on what appeared to be a well-equipped truck. He said the motor wasn't on the truck; it was already installed. I was amazed. He was punctual, smart. fast and efficient and helped me use the warranty. Upon returning from vacation on a 100 degree July day, I found my old HVAC system basically dead (90 degrees in my kitchen!) ... Shane immediately came out to provide an estimate, we signed a contract on the spot, and he kindly provided some freon to hold me over until the new system could be installed. Brian and Nick showed up exactly on time to install the unit, used drop cloths to protect my flooring, and were exceedingly polite and professional throughout. "Painted entire bathroom, put up linen closet wood shelves, put up 2 mirrors, 2 light fixtures, toilet paper holder, hand towel holder, regular size towel holder, 2 robe hooks, had to make a hole for jacuzzi tub to get to motor if we ever have a problem, put in a glass shelf above the tile around the tub, put handicap rail up, put in shower seat, put fixture in shower handle and shower head, tiled entire shower, above the tub, had to move the light switch like half an inch up, put on light switch covers, put up new blinds I had, painted door and put on new door knob.. I think I got it all lol.. It had a lot of little things that needed done, then the tiling, the floor tile was already done except the step to the tub which was a small step. All my sink & tub fixtures were already done. Everything that was put in I already had that we picked out years ago. I wish I could attach photos it's amazing!

When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review.
