He said the motor wasn't on the truck; it was already installed. I was amazed. He was punctual, smart. fast and efficient and helped me use the warranty. "Painted entire bathroom, put up linen closet wood shelves, put up 2 mirrors, 2 light fixtures, toilet paper holder, hand towel holder, regular size towel holder, 2 robe hooks, had to make a hole for jacuzzi tub to get to motor if we ever have a problem, put in a glass shelf above the tile around the tub, put handicap rail up, put in shower seat, put fixture in shower handle and shower head, tiled entire shower, above the tub, had to move the light switch like half an inch up, put on light switch covers, put up new blinds I had, painted door and put on new door knob.. I think I got it all lol.. It had a lot of little things that needed done, then the tiling, the floor tile was already done except the step to the tub which was a small step. All my sink & tub fixtures were already done. Everything that was put in I already had that we picked out years ago. I wish I could attach photos it's amazing!

When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation.
