It went great. The plumber was prompt and very professional. The new exterior faucet works great. Repairing the leak was a little more complicated once it was found, but Mike did a super job. The cost was very reasonable. We will definitely use Diamond Plumbing again.

Phenomenal!  The owner, Cornell Fields, and his crew work with efficiency and integrity.  They respect your property -- laying paper on the floor to protect it.  They listen attentively.  When you call you are not explaining to a receptionist who is not a plumber the problem.  You get the man who knows.  They carry on the truck most of what is needed unlike my experience with another plumbing company I used that had an A rating here on the list as well as with the BBB.  Never again.  That company sucks!   I had them turn on the water the day before.  That's all they did except for pointing out the leaks.  $219 later for 90 minutes of "work" when they were there for only 75 and stated it included a $30 discount (it did not when I did the math) as they knowingly left with a spray fountain leak from the kitchen faucet and dripping pipes at all the sinks!  What a mess.    Field's is my plumber of choice from here on out....hands down.  This job took 11.5 hours one day and a finish up of 4 the next.  Two men 3/4 of the time.  No lolly gagging or time wasting by either of them.  This was a big job in that the water had been turned off by the owner for 9 years.  Much inspection needed to make sure everything worked properly without leaks.  I am thoroughly pleased.  They warrantee the work.  Top notch company.  They do charge for estimates, but once a relationship is establish (they do work for you) that no longer applies...
