"Richard was extremely responsive, making a trip to the house prior to providing an estimate. His crew showed up on time and worked all day. My job took three days, and they left the house neat and tidy at the end of each day's work. They repaired my fireplace chimney, the fireplace chimney liner, and the utility chimney. Their experience and craftsmanship was on display in the quality of their work. The crew chief, Valentin, was outstanding with great communication and attention to detail. "Although the work is not completed yet the American Chimney Sweep Pros explained the process they were going to use to accomplish all phases of the work. And due to me changing the scope of the work it was necessary to rescheduled the work for three days to get required parts. So far they've showed a high degree of knowledge. I look forward to their return to complete my work."

"I was contacted the same day I submitted my inquiry and had a scheduled appointment with in 24 hours. Finest Chimney contacted me 25 minutes before they arrived and they were exactly on time.
