"I am very pleased with the communication of this company. I reached out to them at a job site and met Leaha's their project manager. The properly got me setup for an estimate of services. I did decide to replace 4 front windows. Deposit was easy to make. Windows came in timely. Yesterday my project manager was also Leah who came first advised me what was going to happen, whom was coming and when. My window team came, two great guys that amazed me how quick they got my windows out. They were upmost polite and respectful of my home and myself. Very little dust and they cleaned up everything. My windows were put in 1982 and I had cracks and they were unsafe. This team worked wonders.....new easy to be clean tilt in windows ...even easy for a woman to move. The window guys the caulking is the best Ive ever seen....so sealed and straight. The went over how to remove screens, clean windows. Kudos to the entire team. Project Manager Leaha drove back...spoke with me, inspected"

"Ryan and David were extremely professional with the installation of our new windows. Our home was built in 1950 and we still had the original windows, including a huge picture window. They took much care in keeping the mess of taking out the old windows, even when needing to use a saw for the picture window, at a minimum. We also were having both our screen doors replaced with new storm doors. During the process of installing the windows they realized that the storm doors were not on the truck. They could have asked to schedule another day for the installation of the doors, but instead David drove the hour and half back to their warehouse to get the doors and then back again while Ryan and his helper continued with the windows. During the installation of the doors, Ryan realized that the doors were not the correct sizes. They were not measured properly by the employee that had came to our home to take the measurements prior to the windows and doors being made. They were able to make adjustments for the front storm door, but were not able to install the side door. They apologized several times for not being able to install the second door even though it wasnâ t any fault of their own. He assured me that he would have someone contact me to correct the problem with the second door. As Ryan and David were finishing up with the job Megan, with customer service, contacted me to make sure we were satisfied with the work that had been done. I explained to her about the door and she too apologized and said that someone would call to correct the problem. I have been extremely happy with Universal Windows Direct. Even though their was an issue with the door measurements, everyone we have dealt with have been very professional and have went above and beyond to insure weâ ve had a great experience. I would recommend Universal Windows Direct to everyone that is wanting new windows and/or doors. We have been considering new siding on our home. If we decide to get new siding, we will be contacting Universal Windows Direct for that project as well."

"Fred, the owner of Liberty, came out and met with us.  He was not "pushy" like the other companies that we had out.  His price was actually $275 cheaper than the lowest estimate for the same exact roof.  The crew showed up on time.  Originally I was really worried that the crew would not be able to finish in 1 day, but Fred assured me that he would make it happen.  They actually finished the job at 6:15 and cleaned the entire yard up by dark.  I am very please with the price and service and would recommend them for future projects.
