He sent a text with the time of his arrival. He was pleasant and on time. He went into my crawlspace and inspected the crack in the wall and stated I had nothing to worry about. He was very knowledgeable about the foundation and itâ  s structure. He explain to me how I could fix the superficial settling crack and save a bunch of money. "The only thing that made me give them a 4.0 is the service rep did not let us know, when he did the inspection, that there was debris underneath where they needed to lay the cover. Unfortunately, the team that came out could not lay the cover under the main part of the house. Now we will have to reschedule. Everyone was really nice, even the sales rep. Just would like to have been informed that there was debris that needed to be moved so the job could be completed."
