"I hired a plumber through HomeAdvisor using prepay but I would not recommend this service. The contractor left a leaky pipe that caused water coming up through carpet. I had to purchase a wet vacuum to dry out the carpet. I had to contact HomeAdvisor again and hired Dave the Plumber, LLC who had to redo the installation done previously. Dave the Plumber replaced all the piping and outside spigot because of a water leak the previous contractor left. Thank you Dave the Plumber for being a professional and a job well done."

When I first contacted John (the owner), he informed me that an onsite visit would allow him to discuss my options in regards to waterproofing, enabling me to make an educated decision on the next steps. Well, John came over and put on a clinic in the science of waterproofing and best solutions regarding to my basement. After discussing various options, I decided on a solution that John guarantees for as long as I own the property! What more could you ask for??? This included replacing a sump pump, adding an additional sump pump, a water management system, a sub-floor pressure release system, basement stairwell service and carbonfiber crack repair. The work took about 3 days to complete, and I couldnâ t be happier. Johnâ s employees were meticulous with their work, cleaned up afterwards and made sure I was satisfied before leaving. "Once and done waterproofing helped me out with a small annoying leak Iâ  ve had around a pipe. The owner called me right away, came out the next day for an estimate, and fixed the leak the day after. His crew is friendly and courteous and hard working. Explained every step they weâ  re doing. Did such a great job, I had the bury some drain pipes and install a rain water reservoir. Very reasonable pricing and veteranâ  s discount."

"Woke up this morning to my hvac leaking and contacted Markool. I have never used them before and was in a pinch. They fit me right in this morning and were out at my house within 2 hours. The tech stepped in the door and placed covers for his shoes so he did not track in any dirt which was impressive! The tech was very professional and super friendly. "We had them install an indoor sump pump (including digging the pit and pipes) and some basement walkout drain installation. They did high-quality work and finished quickly. Their price was the best of 5 quotes I received and so the value was high. The only thing that was not perfect was that communication was slow, sometimes they did not respond to texts, but they were good when they responded, and they showed up on time. Overall, 9/10, highly recommend!"

"My drain was cleaned and received recommendations for pipe replacement in the future. They came the next day after I called which was excellent. It took a long time. Probably using the camera first would have saved time, but hindsight is always better. Bottom line drain is open now for use."
