"Whether it’s for your home or your business (I use them for both) one of the contractors you had better have complete trust in is your locksmith. We have been using Surefit Security for over thirty years and couldn't be happier with our experiences. They are extremely knowledgeable and have offered viable and prompt solutions addressing all of our locksmith needs. From replacing hardware and doors to developing and implementing new master key systems in high rise office buildings they have never let us down. "Not the greatest results - I have used this company before and been very pleased. They were pricey, but the quality of the work was worth it. This was not the case this last time. The technician cracked the door jamb in two places while replacing the door, left paint splatters on the floor and on the side of the door which was not supposed to be painted and messed up the handset on the door. He did repair most of these issues (the paint splatters I cleaned up myself with paint thinner), but since he worked by the hour I ended up paying for that too."
