Accredited is quick and responsive. there has not been a instance when I was not able to get a hold of them for my needs. I run a business and we have many locksmith needs from rekeying to lock out scenarios and we have used accredited for all of them. I HIGHLY recommend his services. It is very important in such a sensitive field, you work with a business you can trust!

We found Accredited Locksmith on Angie's List and called him on a Saturday afternoon.  Scott came out that same day and re-keyed the locks on a home we had just moved in to.  We also had one deadbolt that wasn't aligned properly and he fixed that too, at no additional charge.  He was great and worked well past 5 pm on a Saturday to get us set up for the first day in our new home.  We will definitely use him again for any services needed in the future.

He was supposed to be here at 10, but he did not show up until 10:45. He began re-keying the front door, his hands were filthy and got grease all over the door. He was also to re-key the patio door. He indicated the work was done, but the locks did not work. He left to purchase a new cylinder.

While he was gone I noticed he had left grease stains on the carpet. He sprayed the carpet with 409 to remove grease stains and made the issue even worse. The carpet is only two weeks old. The front door lock is still not fixed. What was supposed to take only 15 minutes ended up taking almost four hours.

After setting an initial appointment for noon, Scott called a couple times to alert me that he was delayed and arrived a little after 1PM (better than most but not quite deserving of an "A" for punctuality).  While he was here, he performed the work quickly and ensured I was satisfied with the work after he was finished.

The door handle barrel was worn so needed help getting door open and fixing the latch.  Scott was very professional.  He called to let me know that he would arrive a few minutes late.  Said that many locksmiths would not even attempt to fix the type of lock I had but he enjoyed the challenge.  He fixed it and his price was much less than I anticipated.

I would recommend this company to others and would use this provider again.  The price was reasonable, he was willing to change the locks on a Sunday afternoon, he got the work performed quickly, and he was very nice.

Everything went well and we had a great experience.  Our locks were a mess -- some were broken and we had a variety of different keys and locks.  Scott helped us sort things out and recommended a sensible solution that was cost effective.  No more mystery keys and locks work properly!

The job took 4 days.  The locksmith was late the first day and then left early.  The next day he had to go back to his shop to continue finishing work.  He left screws, new and used locks and a box cutter strewn on the floor and when I called to tell him he stated "you would be surprised, 9 of 10 people never call me to let me know that I've left things at their house".  He was going to stop and pick the locks up, but to this date they are still sitting outside waiting for him.

Scott came the same day I called and was punctual and professional.  Everything, each and every key, works perfectly.

Super fast, easy-breezy.  I haven't been able to get keys made for my storm door at any hardware store - something about the darn little key that the store key-making equipment can't handle.  I couldn't find any specialty locksmith "store" locations, like I recall from not so long ago, so I found Accredited Locksmith on Angie's List and called.  Scott answered right away, and when I explained what I needed -- and that it was not an emergency--just something that I needed to get done--he did say that most locksmiths are mobile now.   He wasn't busy and was pretty close by, so came right over, and before I had much time to think about it, BOOM, he had four copies made and tested for me.  And price?  Well, it wasn't free of course, but I didn't give away the exact price in the review field because it was SO CRAZY REASONABLE I decided not give away his "wiggle room."  Suffice it say he waived the usual mobile call fee - I think because it was a quick job, I didn't really have a "same day" need and was quite close by.   Scott will be on my growing, go-to list of great Crofton businesses that provide superb, friendly service.  Guess who I'll know to call the next time I lock myself out of my car!

He saved us some money by advising us not to change locks but to rekey them. Because our closing got delayed, we had to reschedule. However, he was fine with it. We'll definitely use him again

This was a sliding glass door with a keyed handle.  The lock had a manufacturers defect which caused the job to take much longer than normal and it was well below freezing that night.  He had to pretty much rebuild the lock.  I was very happy with the job and the price.

Scott replaced my locks last time and he did a great job. I called him again to replace two more doors (knobs and dead bolt) and he came that day (it was a Sunday). I'm actually standing outside because his car battery drained due to the machine he's using via his car. I told him as long as we have one key, I don't mind heading to Home Depot to get copies but he insisted to stay and complete his job. It's freezing and it's dark outside, mind you. He's doing an excellent job, despite all the commotion and I highly recommend his services. Definitely a hard worker! The picture below is evidence of him working in his car at night to get the job done, on a Super Bowl Sunday!

We needed to replace our front door lock assembly. Scott was great from the word Hello. He was easy to deal with, quick, efficient, honest and he worked very hard to make everything work just right. He even took the unit I bought back to the store to exchange for one that had all the right parts. This was After he installed the first one- no complaints from him at all! Impressive.! Where most people would have done the bare minimum to install, Scott went the extra mile or two or three, to make sure we had a safe, working lock and front door assembly. I cannot recommend anyone higher than this! He is simply "Good People." I called to have four locks on the house rekeyed. He came out the same day on very short notice. He arrived a bit later than our scheduled time, but not excessively so. He worked quickly and was very professional. He rekeyed the first three locks very quickly, but had problems with the fourth lock. He ran across town to pick up a new one and only charged me manufacturer price with no markup. His pricing was the best I found in the area and I would definitely use him again.
