I used Lance's Locksmith on my first home purchase in 2003. I recently used them to change the locks on a newly purchased home in 2020. I wouldn't trust any other locksmith. Highly recommend.

The locksmith came out and installed the deadbolt in about 15 minutes with no mess. No complaints here and I'll use Lance's Locksmith again if I ever need any locksmithing done.

I don’t know about the prices. We had a substitution with patio door rods and they were way too expensive. We were not happy about being overcharged for these flimsy patio door bars. We were moving in our just bought house and we didn't had time to do the research. They weren't dishonest about anything but we felt taken because of the price of the flimsy little rods. It couldn't have cost them more than $20 a piece and the installation was three screws or something like that and one of them didn't worked right.

We feel that the price to install Charlie Bars on (2) doors was accurate and we do suggest shopping around for prices. We always give honest and accurate price quotes up front so that the customer can make an informed decision. A note of caution though, unfortunately in our industry there are a lot unlicensed, "fly-by-night" contractors pretending to be Locksmiths, many of them with "24 hours" in the name. If you see a Locksmith advertising a $29. service call fee, he most certainly is not legitimate. Lance Edwards"

After a family member misplaced a house key I wanted the front door lock re-keyed immediately. I called on a Friday night and the locksmith came out the next morning. He was very professional and explained everything to me. I also asked about having a dead-bolt put in. He couldn't do the dead-bolt installation at that time, but I scheduled a visit later in the week for the dead-bolt to be installed. He was able to fix it so I could use the same key for both locks. There was no additional visit fee for the second visit. The locksmith explained the importance of not leaving the key in the dead-bolt at night because there is a small window near the door that is large enough for someone to reach in and take the key.

Purchased a special to rekey 2 locks for my parents house based on previous reviews. They came during the time they said they would. My dad said they had some problems with the lock and needed a special tool he didn't have with him but some one brought it to him promptly. My dad ended up having a third lock rekeyed while he was there and he gave him an extra key for no charge. My dad was very satisfied with their work and said the guy was very nice.

I made several calls to their office prior to buying the package and the lady on the phone (I can't recall her name? Maybe Jennifer?) was always very nice and informative. Ben was sent to my home to change the locks and was very punctual and friendly. He also was super quick in changing everything which was well worth the money It's easy to see this is a very honest and professional team. Many thanks!

I used Lance's Locksmith to get 4 locks re-keyed for my daughter, who
had just purchased her first new home. John Michael came out to do the
work. He was on time, explained everything he would need to do, and did a
terrific job. One of the doorknobs was loose and he explained the
options of tightening it up vs. replacing it, without being pushy. He
made her feel very comfortable and she had a wonderful experience. I
would definitely recommend Lance's Locksmith to anyone!

Locksmith came on time and was very pleasant and neat. The project seemed expensive, though, even with an Angie's deal. I would use them again but I would have lowes rekey the locks (they do this for free when you buy the lock there) and have them make the extra keys, which they do very cheaply.
