"We hired General Remodeling Group to remodel our outdated kitchen. This was our first major home remodeling and we were completely overwhelmed with the project. Vidas, the project manager, and his staff were truly valuable in walking us through this process. He listened patiently while we described our ideas and offered suggestions and sage advice. He was always available either through texts or emails. His prompt responses were appreciated. Max was also so helpful through every step of the remodel. He accompanied us to the various vendors to help and advised us in choosing our countertop, backsplash, flooring, wall paints etc. He was always patient with us as we spent a lot of time trying to make good decisions. Part way through the project, Max discovered water damage from the bathroom above the kitchen.Vidas and Max informed us right away and we worked on an agreeable solution for repairs. From start to finish, it was a very good experience. We had a few minor blips here and there,but Vidas or Max took care of them quickly and efficiently. "We hired Camilla to remodel a spare upstairs bedroom closet for a stacked washer/dryer. She estimated the project to last 7-10 days. She was able to get it done in 2 days! We had furniture to move and cover over three floors (basement to 2nd floor) in order to get the electrical and plumbing up to the closet, but being put out only 2 days for such extensive work is amazing! The workers were clean, efficient and courteous. Highly recommended."

"I’ve used Allen and his team on multiple projects. He is my go-to contractor because I can trust him to tell me what I need and what I don’t need to have done in a project. His prices may be higher than others but the quality is worth it. In this most recent project, Allen took my laundry area from concrete and concrete block, to a fully finished laundry room complete with new appliances, counters and cabinets for storage and folding, a space for drying clothes to hang, and a closed off utility space. Additionally, he changed a half-bath to a full bathroom with 5-ft shower. To do this, Allen, Jeff, and Ryan had to dig up the concrete floor to move pipes; had to replace copper piping, and reroute ductwork. In doing so, they found that my dryer had been venting into my ceiling rather than outside, which was a fire hazard. I am fortunate that they found this. As the project was wrapping up, I had them paint and add new flooring in the family room adjacent to the laundry and bathrooms. I also had them replace my backyard fencing, relocate the outside spigot and hose attachment. As with all of my projects, Allen’s the attention to detail was beyond compare. He kept me in the loop when problems or decisions need to be made."

I reached out to him desperately on a Sunday, after the first person I hired did not come with the proper equipment to paint the interior of my home. Melvin came out to do the job THE SAME DAY.
