He came back next business day to install new part. He may not always be able to respond the next day depending on how busy he is but he will respond as quickly as possible. A very personable man, efficient, responsive and he will be my appliance repair man from this point forward."

"My chest freezer broke down and I did not want to buy a new one since I could not afford the same size. I reached out to appliance parts pro and they were confident that what I ordered would fix my problem. $200 in parts later and I now have a broken freezer on my porch and am still paying the loan to this terrible company. They just want you to order parts and try them because they know you can't return them. I hate this company with every fiber of my being and will make sure that anyone that has a broken appliance will not use them. To top it off, their site is so screwed up that it give you an error trying to log back in. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF."

He did just as he promised and fixed my problem over the phone. I was able to avoid a much longer wait and a more expensive repair by Lowe’s service department . "Went well; initially had parts for 1/2 snow blowers made a call picked up part locally and repaired both. Had problems with one of the blowers called within 30 day warranty. Eventually got them to come out and replace parts on the second one that was still experiencing problems all covered by warranty."

"Murphy Family Electric is an awesome company with very competent technicians and reasonable rates. They make the whole process pretty straightforward. I had used them to get my Tesla charger in 2018 (Cost: $799 including material). I was so impressed with their work that when I had a complex electrical job - installing a new 120v outlet requiring a new wire from the circuit breaker - I did not get any quotes but just booked them. That job was done very professionally as well (Cost: $949). Fast forward to Mar 2025, my tesla charger had problems with over heating and intermittent power loss. I called Murphy Family Electric and they sent a technician the same day who came and adjusted/cleaned the connections and spent 30 mins fixing the problem. And to my surprise the company did not even charge me anything for this. So on top of everything else you can add absolutely fantastic customer service to their list of attributes."

"This is the first online review I've ever written -- my experience with this company was that bad. Three aspects that deserve attention: 1) I placed an order and tried to cancel six minutes later. Turns out they don't accept cancellations. 2) I couldn't find a phone number, so I had to work the return/refund by email. The exchange was painful -- so unhelpful I felt like I was interacting with a bad chatbot. 3) I ended up eating shipping costs (expected) and got hit for a 50% restocking fee (unexpected) because I refused the package instead of paying to ship it back. Didn't matter that it went to the correct address, was clearly labeled, and had prior return authorization. So I ended up with a $21 refund on a $60 order, and a lesson learned about where not to buy appliance parts."
