After the install, the entire first floor had to be refinished, including the staircase and handrails, and a 2nd floor loft. the crew did the most amazing job. The floors turned out absolutely beautiful and Marcos and his crew left the house so clean. Barely any dust anywhere! We had a small section of our vinyl floor cut out by our previous owners to install a wooden railing. We removed the railing and needed the flooring patched with some of the flooring we had stored away. "The work was exceptional. There was a language barrier, the installers spoke little English, however we stumbled along just fine. I did have 2 requests for corrections, one was a piece of wood that had chipped during install and the other correction involved the placement of wood at entrance to a room. The manager came to inspect my 2 complaints, then scheduled the installer to come out and correct the two problems by replacing the wood. The corrections were also exceptional, although it took almost a month to get them back out. The price was supposedly discounted because of a sale on hardwood, so I believe the price was reasonable. I will use United again for my flooring needs."
