I often hire licensed and insured pros for Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Geo-Thermal, Structural Engineering, Architectural and any other trade that requires special licensing. We charge $150 minimum fee. Projects are billed in accordance with state law. Generally 1/3 of the contract sum is due at signing, but I'm often flexible on larger projects as well as when insurance, mortgage, and other types of financing is involved.
