Called to find out why an d was told that they sent a text informing of running late which I never got. Received callback from Nicole informing of non received text stating she would set up visit so that I would be 1st stop. I requested today 10/22 and was assured she personally would call me around 8:30am and tech would be here by 9am. It's now 9:37am and I've again yet to hear from Nicole nor a tech. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME BECAUSE LEN THE PLUMBER SURE WILL WASTE YOUR TIME. UNPROFESSIONAL AND NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!"

His second quote was more than I wanted to spend, but the county had a grant program with funding available that paid for most of the cost of the new tank and its installation.
