In order to continue to provide our customers with the one on one time they need to make their selections, we are exclusively and appointment only company. We have received great feedback from our customers that they love the personal attention , flexiblity of appointment and not feeling rushed like they do in other stores when surrounded by other shoppers . Our flooring experts will work with you every step of the way. We offer private consultations either in our lovely showroom, located in Aston, PA, or in the comfort of your own home at no extra charge. We make it easy to shop at home for flooring by bringing out a variety of samples to choose from.

Kenny and his staff have done numerous jobs at two different homes .Crown construction is a one stop shop for all carpet ,tile floor and hardwood needs .While your at it have Them do a kitchen or bath ! Great work and selections

Kenny and Gina are great. They are very professional and responsive. The workers showed up at the time they stated. The work came out better than expected in a difficult job, they cleaned up everything before leaving the job.

This team was excellent in so many was. I needed to get carpet replaced to prepare my home for sale. With a tight deadline, I needed to work quickly. The communication from Ken was prompt, and he answered all my questions. Bob and Chris were our installers and they did a fantastic job. They were courteous, respectful, and worked non-stop without break. These men were dedicated to getting the job done right. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for replacement and repair work. I should also mention the price was better than their competitors. You get MORE than what you pay for! Great quality, great price, with speed and attention to detail.

Crown Flooring is always a pleasure to work with. From planning to installation they are always professional, transparent and on time. I highly recommend there services whether it be for flooring (carpets, tile, hardwood etc) or custom cabinet design (kitchens/bathrooms) etc or general contracting work. Ken really knows what he’s talking about when it comes to floors. We appreciated his opinions and honesty. Although his pricing was comparable to other quotes we received, he came in a little high. In the end, we went with him due to his expertise. The coretec was installed as a floating floor over the cement slab and because the floor isn’t level, we can feel the voids in the floor when walking across it. I would recommend making sure your floor is completely level or getting it completely leveled before installing a floating floor. Overall, we are happy with the end product and how the installation went. We would recommend Crown Flooring and would hire again.

It was a large job that took 2 days (lots of floor prep required) and was done very well. Crew was very respectful. Love the result. Floor looks great. Would use this company again. They have a large variety of options to choose from.

Great service, great communication, and great work from the company and team as a whole. There were different people who came out to measure, drop supplies off and to do the job. All were super professional and the job was great! The gentlemen spent 8-9 hours to do all 3 bedrooms hallway and closets in 1 day, I was impressed. The only con I might add is that we had to clean up the dust from the hardwood floors, there were also some dings and dents in the hardwood flooring toward the corners of the rooms. Other than that it was a job well done

From the estimate to the final interaction, we appreciated Ken's (the owner) guidance and expertise. We have a new baby and Ken recommended a water-based finish for our floors. He was helpful in explaining the difference, and was clear in his explanation. The crews that came to do the work were skilled and efficient. Any questions we had during the work, Ken was readily available to answer (with one of the crews, there was a bit of language barrier). We were pleased that Crown was able to fit us in quickly and complete the work within the established timeframe. It was also very helpful that Ken provided some tips for the care of our floors, including information on the proper pad to use for our area rug. We appreciated the Angie's list discount as well and would definitely use Ken and Crown flooring again for future projects! Thanks!

I was under a time restriction and they brought me carpet samples to pick from. Then I went to the store and finalized the purchase. They scheduled the installation within a few days of my contacting them. The installation was excellent! Very attention to detail and didn't mind that I was watching the whole time and taking pictures to show my family how bad the old carpeting was and the floor beneath it. I will recommend them highly!!!

We used Crown Flooring before at our old house, and when we were getting ready to move into our new house, we called them again. They were great - we had a very tight timeframe and wanted all our hardwood floors refinished and stained before moving in, and they accommodated our timeframe. And the floors look fabulous - even better than I could imagine! Even after they fulfilled their obligation, they still helped. We had another contractor come in and made some marks on our newly done floors. I called Crown, and they came and did some quick repairs - above and beyond their responsibility. I highly recommend Crown Flooring and would definitely use them for a 3rd time!!!

They were professional, reasonably priced, and kept us informed as to when the carpet would be installed. I worked in the flooring business as a manufactures rep, sales manager and director of consumer affairs and they are the best I have ever worked with. We will use them in the near future for our family room hardwood.

Excellent. End Result was fantastic. During the process, Ken from Crown was the most helpful during the collection of quotes from contractors. Especially where another contractor wanted to rip up the other flooring to make it all match, Ken had the best strategy for blending it. The installation was great. On time, clean, left no mess. Installation team was courteous, patient, and helpful. I would hire again and would recommend to others.
