However the sump pump wasn't working as it should and he replaced the old pump which was a huge relief as compared to a recommendation by another company to tear down the whole bathroom to replace all the pipes. Only complaint (mild) was that the company did not come back out to test the water as they indicated after they replaced the well pump. The water seems okay but it took a couple of weeks for the water to clear up so it could be consumed. "Baltimore City Water Department told me I had a water main break somewhere between the meter at the street and the main cut off to my house. I called three different companies to get estimates. The first company told me yes it is the water main (didnà ¢à  à  t do any testing to determine this) and cost will be $4,000.00 to replace it. Second company told me I needed to replace both the water main and the sewer line (again no testing) and the cost would be almost $8,000.00. Mike Crouse from Atlantic Blue came out and told me he wasnà ¢à  à  t convinced the water main was the problem. He spent a lot of time troubleshooting the issue by cutting off water to various parts of the house and then checking to see if the meter was still spinning out of control. As it turned out the line that feeds the icemaker in my refrigerator ruptured and that is what was flooding a crawl space! I canà ¢à  à  t begin to say how grateful I am for Mikeà ¢à  à  s knowledge and attention to detail and he saved me thousands of dollars! I wish I could give him 10 stars!"

Sean answered the call again.  He installed the new garbage disposal and tested it thoroughly.  It it much quieter than the old one and works faster.
